1. The service

CocoMind is a personal assistant that captures your thoughts (by voice or text), organizes them automatically (reminders, ideas, tasks) and gives you regular overviews. The app is published by Capmedia Digital ("we").

2. Your account

A guest account is created automatically on first launch. You may link it to an Apple, Google or email account to find your data on all your devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. CocoMind Pro subscription

• Two plans: monthly and yearly. The prices shown in the app prevail and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is charged to your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
• "Restore purchases" in the app recovers an existing subscription on a new device.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CocoMind for unlawful content, nor to attempt to disrupt the service, extract other users' data, or reverse-engineer it.

5. Your content

Your captures belong to you. You grant us only the technical licence required to store them, transcribe them and provide the service (see the privacy policy).

6. Artificial intelligence: limits

CocoMind relies on AI models. Despite our best efforts, transcriptions, classifications and answers may contain errors. CocoMind is a personal organization tool: it does not provide medical, legal or financial advice, and must not be used as the sole reminder system for critical needs (medical treatment, legal deadlines…).

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do our utmost to keep it continuously available without being able to guarantee it 100%. Our liability, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is capped at the amount paid during the past 12 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete my account): your data is erased immediately. We may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts, after seeking an amicable resolution.
